Good Order does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. This page exists to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and to make your rights easy to exercise.

Your rights as a California resident

Under the CCPA, you have the right to: — Know what personal information we collect and how it is used — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you — Request deletion of your personal information — Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data, but the right applies) — Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to submit a request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at Betsy@GoodOrder.io with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." Include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you.
